Project Initiation
OMTC will collect the information necessary to fully define your project to ensure that all stakeholders understand what the project is, what the project goal is to accomplish, and what the deliverables are at the end of the each phase of the project. Project Planning
Project planning is one of the most critical phases in the PMLC. OMTC will engage the subject-matter-experts (SMEs) to radically define an approach to the project goal and develop the best solution at the lowest cost by refactoring and leveraging existing functionality or processes. Once the work-breakdown structure is developed, OMTC will engage the resources at the most optimal time in each of the project's phases. Bringing about an agile development schedule for maximum output and deliverable development. Project Tracking, Monitoring & Control
At each milestone previously identified in the planning phase, OMTC will ensure that the project is on-track, on-time, within the budget constraints, or corrective actions will be invoked to ensure the project is back on-track. These skills are key to the project's success. Knowing the risks and how to mitigate them is a project manager's forte. Project Closing
Every project has an end-point. That is the definition of a project as opposed to an operation which is on-going. Ensuring that the project is closed properly and that the project deliverables have a defined owner to manage them after the project closeout is also a key success factor. Closing the project abruptly may not identify the owner of the deliverables but OMTC ensures that the owner will be identified way in advance. The OMTC Mission
